Oman Air cancels over 400 flights

Oman Air has cancelled 478 flights between March 28 and April 30, as a result of Public Authority for Civil Aviation’s (PACA) directives on suspending operations of Boeing 737 Max. Some of the affected destinations are Salalah, Bahrain, Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait, Kenya, Karachi, Amman, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Calicut and Goa.

Oman is among the 50 countries whose citizens can avail tourist visa-on-arrival in Pakistan. The country has also launched a new e-visa scheme that will facilitate visitors from 175 countries. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the e-visa scheme last week to open the country to tourism and the world.
