Salalah hotel gets first oceanfront cooking theatre

Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah and Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran), the executive arm of the sultanate for tourism improvement have announced the opening of Dhofar governorate’s first oceanfront cooking theatre, Ocean Blue Beach House. The opening ceremony was held beneath the auspices of H E Sheikh Salim bin Aufit al Shanfari, Chairman of Dhofar Municipality. 

The first-of-its-sort restaurant in Salalah gives Global Interactive Dining with 5-sensory culinary travel expertise primarily based on distinct stage-managed methods like ‘Wok, Oven and Grill’ stations.

Ocean Blue Beach House gives diverse and distinctive dining that will showcase 15 talented chefs specialising in distinct planet cuisines. Ocean Blue Beach House will have the capacity of 180 seating, although Dolphin Terrazza, positioned on the restaurant’s upper floor with option casual dining with Italian specialty menu and pizzeria will cater up to 96 guests. It has a relaxed lounge seating and a breathtaking ocean view. Overall, the oceanfront restaurant will boast 1,000sq m of culinary theatre.

The oceanfront restaurant, according to Manuel Levonian, basic manager, is set up on a two-level dining moods and settings, providing every day menus with authenticity and high quality, and will function cuisines reflective of neighborhood, Mediterranean, Levant and Southeast Asian and classic Italian pizzeria.
