Salalah Airport gets five-Star regional rating award

Sheikh Aimen bin Ahmed al Hosni, chief executive officer of Oman Airports, accompanied by Salim bin Awad al Yafie, deputy CEO of Salalah Airport, accepted the award at a ceremony in London on behalf of Oman Airports on Wednesday.

The Skytrax World Airport Awards is the biggest passenger satisfaction assessment and the most prestigious amongst all the surveys measuring airport service excellence and top quality.

The World Airport Awards are primarily based on airport survey that evaluate traveller experiences across distinct airport service and solution crucial overall performance indicators across 39 crucial overall performance indicators, evaluating the finish-to-finish traveller expertise from verify-in, arrivals, transfers, buying, safety, immigration, facilities, parking places, transit hotels, way discovering, passport handle, departure, terminal cleanliness, availability of luggage trolleys, seating, via to departure at the gate.
