Products of more than 40 factories displayed at Sohar exhibition

The Omani National Products Exhibition, organised by Sohar Industrial Estate, kicked off on Monday in the wilayat of Sohar beneath the patronage of H H Sayyid Nader bin Mohammed al Said.

The exhibition displays items from a lot more than 40 factories in Sohar Industrial Estate. Abdul Qadir bin Salem al Balushi, director common, Sohar Industrial Estate, stated that the occasion is organised to coincide with the Oman Industry Day, which falls on February 9. He added that the 3-day exhibition aims at introducing the Omani items, which are manufactured in Sohar Industrial Estate, to serve as a window for the high quality of Omani items to the guests.

The opening occasion was attended by H E Sheikh Ali bin Ahmed al Shamsi, Wali of Sohar, and Hilal bin Hamad al Hasani, CEO of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn).
