The summit will be held in the International Congress Centre on February 24 and 25.
According to the EU, the summit will for the initial time bring collectively the heads of states or governments from each the organisations.
The Omani delegation comprises Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, secretary basic in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Dr Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salim al Futaisi, Minister of Transport and Communications, H E Dr Fuad bin Ja’afar bin Mohammed al Sajwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and H E Dr Ali bin Ahmed al Issa’ei, Oman’s Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League.
Khalifa bin Hamad al Badi and Saif bin Ahmed al Sawafi, advisors at Sayyid Asaad’s workplace also are component of the delegation.
The summit will seek to strengthen the Arab-European ties. Leaders will address a wide variety of existing challenges and frequent possibilities, such as multilateralism and the rule-primarily based international order, trade and investment, migration, climate alter and safety.
