A round of bilateral consultations among the Sultanate and Switzerland was held on Monday in Berne in Switzerland. The Omani side was headed by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud al Busaidi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while the Swiss side was led by Pascale Baeriswyl, the state secretary of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation and require for developing possibilities for partnership, investment and tourism among the two friendly nations in order to enrich the policy of financial diversification and exchanging experiences and cooperation amongst institutions of public and private sectors.
The two sides also discussed a quantity of present regional and international concerns and exchanged viewpoints, as effectively as reviewing the diplomatic and humanitarian efforts that aim at globe safety and peace.
The meeting was attended by a quantity of officials from each sides.
