Dr Zadjali expressed this in the course of his presentation – The Research Council Block Funding Program, at a workshop organised by the Higher Institute of Health Specialties’ (HIHS) Research Committee in Muscat on Sunday.
He mentioned, “TRC has been an instrument in bringing the most explicit innovation and advancement in the Sultanate of Oman. It has been very supportive to all the novice, proficient, advanced and expert researchers from multidisciplinary fields. With its current research grants, it ascertains the future of various scholarly works.”
Dr Adhra al Mawali, director, Centre of Studies and Research, Ministry of Health, enlightened the potential researchers in her presentation – Writing for Grantsmanship: How to create a superior analysis proposal?
She added that writing for grantsmanship is a challenge for the academic neighborhood as it entails a laborious method. She mentioned that the aim of analysis must be to enhance wellness and inform the choice-maker.
Dr Waleed al Rajhi, assistant dean, HIHS, highlighted the function of ethics and analysis integrity in his lucid presentation. He observed that ethics is anchored from the ancient Greek philosophical enquiry of moral life that entails the program of principles of choice-producing.
Research in numerous academic disciplines needs integration of ethics in conceptualisation, organizing and style, implementation, empirical, analytical, dissemination and translation, he added.
