Occidental Oman picks 80 students for programme

The eight-week programme was particularly created for undergraduate students, and brought the students to function inside different departments at the business for a formal function encounter. The coaching programme has involved the student interns in different projects inside the company’s important departments, such as Operations, Subsurface, Drilling, IT, Facilities, Finance, HES, HR, and Compliance &amp Regulatory Affairs. Senior Occidental Oman staff have been assigned as mentors throughout the programme’s duration, in order to help the interns by means of their encounter.

The programme aims to assist the students in acquiring new abilities and competencies that can expand their alternatives for skilled advancement and open profession possibilities to them, as the projects are particularly created to be achievable inside the program’s duration. “We have targeted dedicated and hardworking students to expose them to a corporate work environment, and we hope to give them the opportunity to engage with real-life challenges and projects within the company.
