National Life &amp General Insurance Company (NLGIC) on Monday launched the NLGIC Insurance App in the presence of Ahmed Ali al Maamari, vice president, Insurance Sector, Capital Market Authority (CMA). The app is a step towards bringing in technologies and innovations in the insurance coverage sector in Oman which is a win-win scenario for all stakeholders such as its consumers, branches and company partners, stated the organization. 

The app also enhances the company’s attain and requires it closer to a wider consumer base across Oman in addition to the current huge network of sales/service touch points. NLGIC Insurance App gives ease and comfort to the consumers with its user-friendly attributes, ease of getting insurance coverage from anyplace and anytime. The company’s company partners would also advantage as they will not be capable to make insurance coverage on the move. “In the coming days we shall continue to add more features and benefits to the NLGIC Insurance App with many value-added benefits for our customers as well as business partners,” stated the organization.

“Currently we have five products on the app – Motor Insurance, Individual Health Insurance, Home Content Insurance, CPP and Travel Insurance, and we look forward to adding more in our products offering in the app.”
