MZEC also appealed to members of the neighborhood not to make any illegal electrical connections to the tents simply because they are extremely harmful.

Contractors are necessary to take all required safety measures to stop electrical shock or injury and use suitable private protective gear, tools and safety devices when undertaking electrical operates. Contractors will be held accountable for employees’ safety, protected operation and upkeep of electrical installations.
As a safety precaution, MZEC has clarified that tent contractors will not be permitted to repair tents in wadi locations, reduced grounds and more than electrical networks.
