The business has urged tent contractors to comply and abide by all the new safety specifications established by MZEC. Contractors have to stick to the new procedures to acquire electrical connection to the tents.
These new measures emphasise the value of safety specifications and prevention of electrical energy hazards in tents to make sure public safety.
Non-compliance with new suggestions could trigger harm or injury and might undermine the safety of neighborhood members, MZEC stated.
MZEC also appealed to members of the neighborhood not to make any illegal electrical connections to the tents simply because they are extremely harmful.
As per the new procedures, contractors are necessary to stick to MZEC’s new electrical safety procedures and HSE specifications at all occasions.
Contractors are necessary to take all required safety measures to stop electrical shock or injury and use suitable private protective gear, tools and safety devices when undertaking electrical operates. Contractors will be held accountable for employees’ safety, protected operation and upkeep of electrical installations.
As a safety precaution, MZEC has clarified that tent contractors will not be permitted to repair tents in wadi locations, reduced grounds and more than electrical networks.
