MoH gets ready to launch Patient Safety Initiative

The workshop was held below the patronage of H E Dr Mohammed bin Saif al Hosni, Undersecretary for Health Affairs in MoH, at City Seasons Hotel.

It was held below the theme ‘Speak Up for Patient Safety’. MoH was represented by the Directorate General of Quality Assurance Centre (DGQAC) and the Directorate General of Primary Health Care (DGPHC).

DGQAC seeks to raise awareness on the idea of patient security and the usage of international requirements and implementing all implies for its sustainability in order to spread the idea of patient security amongst neighborhood members and well being workers. The initiative also seeks to supply the employees with the tools and strategies that assist them preserve the culture of patient security in their institutions.

H E Dr Hosni praised the solutions of the main healthcare.

Dr Qamra al Sariri, director basic, DGQAC, pointed out that the considerable function of the centre, in cooperation with DGPHC, is to spread the idea of patient security and raise the high quality of well being solutions in main well being centres.

Amal Khamis bait Mustahil, head of patient security at the DGQAC, explained the ideas and definitions of the international organisations.
