The occasion was held below the patronage of H E Ali bin Khalfan al Jabri, Undersecretary in the Ministry of Information.
H E Jabri mentioned in a statement that the Ministry of Information began implementing a series of skilled diplomas two years ago. The diplomas are topic to particular criteria and enrolment needs that are various from normal programmes.
The diploma aims to motivate and encourage participants towards excellence, sustainability, competitiveness and institutionalisation as an outcome of the ministry’s strategic strategy, according to the government proficiency requirements in the Ministry of Civil Service. It contains the application of proficiency by means of the formulation of the strategic overall performance evaluation type for departments and making certain the function of leadership in spreading the excellence culture amongst workers in the ministry. The diploma contains a variety of coaching subjects, such as the definition of institutional excellence, government overall performance requirements, database creating, and information management method to attain institutional excellence, improvement of excellence guideline and the fundamental policies and procedures.
Fifteen workers from the Ministry of Information are participating in the programme with Dr Hamdi Hashan providing lectures.
