Indian Embassy holds B2B meeting on healthcare

The B2B meet helped in facilitating interaction and tie-ups among representatives of 48 Indian healthcare organisations going to Oman to participate in ‘Oman Health Exhibition & Conference 2019’ becoming held from September 23-25, and representatives of hospitals and other health-related institutions in Oman.

India is the companion nation for the Oman Health Expo and ‘India Pavilion’ is the biggest participation of any nation at the prestigious exhibition. The Indian delegation for the Oman Health Expo is becoming led by Dilip Chenoy, secretary basic, Federation of the Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Earlier in the day, India Pavilion was inaugurated by Dr Sultan al Busaidi, Advisor to the Minister of Health, Oman, in the presence of H E Munu Mahawar, Ambassador of India to Oman, and Chenoy. Exhibitors from India in distinct spheres – telemedicine, pathology and diagnostics care, study, higher-finish health-related tourism, education, e-wellness, health-related &amp pharmaceutical gear, and so forth are showcasing their technical capabilities and relevant technologies in the healthcare sector and are sharing good results stories of their R&ampD with numerous stakeholders in Oman.

The B2B meeting was a component of embassy’s endeavours to market cooperation in wellness sector among India and Oman.

Dr Busaidi graced the B2B meeting as Chief Guest along with Dr Mohammed al Sajwani, chairman, Treatment Abroad Committee, Ministry of Health, as Guest of Honour.
