H E Dr Mantheri receives Pakistani delegation

He welcomed the delegation and underlined the aim of the committee to boost cooperation and relations among the State Council and the Senate of Pakistan in all fields.

The meeting was attended by Dr Khalid bin Salem al Saidi, secretary basic of the State Council, Hon Eng Majid bin Said al Rawahi, head of the Friendship Committee, and Hon Mahfoodh Hamood Mohamed al Wahaibi, council member.

The Parliamentary Friendship Committee among the State Council and the Senate of Pakistan held a formal session of talks.

The Omani side was headed by Hon Eng Majid bin Said al Rawahi and the Pakistani side by Senator Shahi. Both sides reviewed varied elements of cooperation and stressed on the function of the committee in urging efforts to boost this cooperation in all fields.
