Czech lawyers delegation visits State Council

The secretary basic welcomed the delegation, underscored the powerful relations in between the sultanate and the Czech Republic, and welcomed the efforts of the two friendly nations in creating these relations, which consists of a number of locations of cooperation that serve their typical interests.

Dr Saeedi spoke about the several typical and unified laws in between the GCC nations, noted that these laws and uniform legislations are utilized to regulate the typical affairs of these nations and pointed out that there are also laws issued by the League of Arab States, that are guiding and non-binding in application to member states.

The delegation commended the pivotal part played by the sultanate in advertising regional safety, peace and stability and underlined the powerful relations in between the Omani and Czech Lawyers Association and the improvement that the Omani judiciary has reached due to the vision of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
