Asyad, the finish-to-finish logistics options provider in the Middle East, and Oman LNG entered into a strategic partnership to share information and encounter in human sources. The agreement consists of instruction and improvement programmes, cross-posting possibilities, major modify initiatives and human resource systems.
The MoU was signed by Badar Mohammed al Nadabi, group chief corporate help officer at Asyad, and Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah al Massan, chief executive officer, Oman LNG Development Foundation at the Asyad headquarters. The agreement reflects each companies’ extended-standing efforts in creating human capital and gives a platform to share information and exchange knowledge of greatest practices applied.
Accentuating that the partnership will increase cooperation among the two sides, Nadabi mentioned, “We aim through this partnership to empower our employee to strengthen the performance of the logistics sector and deliver on our strategic ambitions. This partnership marks a key step in exchanging experiences and best practices between the two organisations across different business facets.”
Sheikh al Massan mentioned, “The strategic partnership demonstrates Oman LNG’s ambitious vision and dedication towards staff development. “Staff development tops Oman LNG’s priorities ensuring a positive and nurturing work environment that meets employees’ aspirations and encourages creativity and innovation.”
