The Joint Military Exercise Cooperation-two began in the UAE on Sunday, with the participation of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO). RAO is represented by a force from the Desert Regiment of the 23rd Infantry Brigade with the land forces of the UAE represented by Regiment 32 of Zayed 1st Brigade.
The workout, which runs till February 14, consists of a quantity of field instruction events in accordance with the nature of the desert lands, as nicely as carrying out tasks and duties in the field. The instruction will contribute to enhancing the capabilities of participants.
This workout is element of the annual instruction programmes carried out by RAO with other friendly nations. Such workouts aim at growing combat efficiency, creating leadership abilities, exchanging experiences, activating instruction plans and joint workouts and supporting joint military cooperation.
