H E Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidi, Minister of Diwan of Royal Court presided more than the conclusion of the ‘Technology Ideas Race for Oman Youths’ occasion at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, on Saturday. The occasion is the largest gathering for Al Nashia Technological Project Ideas.
It is committed to the information and abilities presented at the National Youth Program for Skills Development. The occasion seeks to take 100 tips to a stage that will allow Omani youths to take them to the markets to serve the Omani society and help the national economy.
The occasion crowns an crucial stage of the youth path in the programme. From amongst much more than 700 participants, 600 Omani youths graduated in the initial stage on Thursday. The graduates have presented great tips that are worthy to be emerging projects in future that can take component in the Technology Ideas Race for Oman Youths.
The graduates will compete to qualify for the second stage of the programme in the course of which they will get intensive coaching followed by presentation of their tips just before a specialised committee and supported by Google.
The initial stage of the youth path was implemented in cooperation with Udacity, a single of the major foundations in the field of virtual studying. The efforts of 700 participants had been crowned with achievement and they managed to get Nano grade, an international expert certificate that focuses on information science, software program and digital advertising.
These streams are important in contributing to the fourth Industrial Revolution.
