Sayyid Asa’ad receives Syrian Deputy PM, discusses cooperation places

Muscat – 

On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tariq al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan received Walid al Moualem, Syria’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

The meeting on Tuesday discussed elements of current cooperation among the two nations in numerous fields of frequent concern.

The meeting was attended by Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, the secretary basic and two advisors in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, Bassam al Khatib, Ambassador of Syria to Oman and the delegation accompanying the guest.
