The locations that are probably to obtain some rainfall and hail due to the low stress in the coming days contain Muscat, Musandam, Buraimi, Dhahirah, North and South Batinah, Dakhliyah and North and South Sharqiyah.

On Sunday, a number of components of North Batinah governorate received heavy rainfall accompanied by thundershowers and active winds, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) tweeted. Horizontal visibility in most components was impacted, it added.

PACA is tweeting updates on the sea state and has advised folks to take precautions in the course of rainfall and flash floods. It has also urged public to monitor the climate bulletins just before sailing.
