Qatar Airways to begin two extra everyday flights to Muscat from April 10, June 15

The extra frequencies will take the airline’s everyday solutions to Muscat to seven, and will meet the elevated demand of vacationers going to Oman. It will also aid transit travellers flying by way of Doha to the Far East.

A higher in-demand location for each vacationers and enterprise travellers alike, Muscat is recognized as a cultural treasure trove, with several lively souqs providing conventional Arabian purchasing encounter, stated the airline.

Akbar al Baker, group executive chief, Qatar Airways stated, “We are delighted to offer two more daily frequencies to Muscat, one of our most sought-after destinations. These new services, coinciding perfectly with the arrival of the summer holidays, will provide passengers even greater flexibility and convenience in connecting to one of the many destinations on our rapidly expanding global network. They will also enable more people to experience the delights of Muscat. We look forward to bringing more visitors to Oman, and connecting more Omanis to the world.”

The two extra frequencies will take the airline’s quantity of weekly flights to Oman to 70, which includes 14 flights to Salalah and seven to Sohar. The extra frequencies will also offer passengers elevated connectivity to in-demand destinations such as Bangkok, London, Manila, Bali, Istanbul, Colombo, Phuket, Kolkata, Jakarta, and Chennai, amongst other individuals.

The extra frequency commencing from April 10 will be served by an Airbus A320, with 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy Class. This new frequency will be suspended in the course of the holy month of Ramadan from May 16 to June 15 and will resume right after Eid holidays. The seventh extra frequency commencing on June 15 will also be served by an A320 aircraft.
