OOCEP, Oman Sail mark completion of Musandam Future Leaders Programme

The programme ties in with OOCEP’s lengthy-term investment in the youth of Musandam, assisting to boost their expertise and enhance employability. Oman Sail’s Corporate and Personal Development programme (CPD) makes use of experiential understanding to challenge students and establish a platform for self-leadership and soft ability improvement that will assist them unleash their latent prospective.

Khamis al Anbouri, head of Corporate &amp Personal Development at Oman Sail, mentioned, “Musandam Future Leaders’ programme has been proven to have a positive impact on students by changing their perspective, offering additional motivation and confidence and giving the students the skills to succeed. I would like to thank OOCEP and the Ministry of Education for having the vision to support young people in this region. My congratulations go to the young Omanis we recognise today, but this is just the start and I look forward to seeing them grow and make direct contribution to the development of their community.”

Ashraf al Mamari, corporate affairs director at OOCEP, mentioned, “Our commitment to Musandam is done with the future in mind. The opportunity to take part in the Musandam Future Leaders’ programme aims to deliver long-term benefits to the students themselves, the governorate and the country as a whole. With these new skills, the younger generations in Musandam can aim high and enjoy a successful career in the future.”

The Oman Sail CPD team has effectively delivered leadership instruction to the Omani youth in Muscat, North and South Batinah, Salalah and Musandam with the aim of building beneficial behavioural and interpersonal expertise for the lengthy-term advantage of the person, the area and the nation.
