Oman Wires It's all about Oman
Held each and every October at the ROHM, the occasion pays tribute to the invaluable contribution of Omani females, celebrating their essential achievements in music, art and society, stated a press release.
The 2018 programme attributes music by the Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra Ladies Chamber Ensemble and by females musicians from the Royal Guard of Oman. Evening’s particular guest will be Manal Mohieddine who ranks amongst the world’s leading ten harpists. After graduating from the Cairo Conservatory in 1987, Manal attended the Higher Institute of Music and Expressionist Arts in Frankfurt exactly where she received the highest qualification awarded to harpists.
Manal will carry out with her outstanding ensemble, Anamel Sharkeya.
The guest star is the immensely well-liked and charismatic Lebanese singer, Wael Kfoury, who will also seem solo in a concert on Thursday.
