Oman, India sign eight pacts to consolidate strategic relations

Oman signed eight pacts on Sunday with India to consolidate strategic relations, inside the framework of the pay a visit to of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The agreements had been signed from the Indian side by its Ambassador H E Indra Mani Pandey. 

During the signing of these pacts at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oman’s initial accession to International Solar Alliance was announced. It is primarily based in India. H E Pandey mentioned that cooperation in between the two sides would expand via these pacts to a wider and much more sophisticated level.

H E Pandey mentioned that Indian businesses have considerable investments in totally free zones and ports in Sohar and Salalah.
