OETC participates in very first Risk Management Conference

The occasion attracted nearby and international speakers focusing on 3 principal subjects namely, managing dangers in larger education institutions, crisis management strategy and readiness for emergencies on the national level in addition to HSE practices. The conference aimed at enhancing threat management culture amongst participating organisations and society and exchanging understanding and experiences in between specialists and delegates.

OETC presented two papers in the conference in addition to the participation of 14 staff who are involved in the threat management in the organization.

OETC has established the Risk Management Department in line with the company’s vision, objectives connected to policies and systems to enhance choice-creating mechanisms and company efficiency.

Eng Said Hamed al Barashdi delivered a presentation about ‘Managing Risks in Construction Projects’ highlighting threat management methodologies which are primarily based on 3 principal pillars of managing dangers as a good results aspect in the building project management context, drivers and obstacles facing project threat management and their impacts on the organisation’s threat management as nicely as challenges and obstacles connected to communication channels in between distinct departments.
