The quantity of guests to Land of Frankincense websites in the Governorate of Dhofar in the course of September stood at six,980, according to statistics by the Department of Frankincense Land Sites at the Office of His Majesty the Sultan’s Advisor for Cultural Affairs.
Al Baleed Archaeological Park and Museum of the Frankincense Land received four,513 guests, Samahram Archaeological Site received 1,962 guests, whilst Wadi Dokka received 266 guests and Ubar archaeological web site received 239 guests.
Al Baleed Archaeological Park, Samahram, Shasir Area and Wadi Dokka are registered websites on the World Heritage List beneath the name Land of Frankincense websites.
The Office of His Majesty the Sultan’s Advisor for Cultural Affairs is building numerous archaeological websites and offering them with utilities to serve the cultural and archaeological tourism targets in the Governorate of Dhofar.
