Iran’s ambassador to Oman, H E Mohammad Reza Noori Shahroudi mentioned that launching flights in between Iranian cities, such as Kish Island, and Oman will market tourism in each nations.

“Resuming flights to Muscat has been realised as a step towards boosting economic and tourism relations between Iran and Oman,” deputy director of Kish Free Zone and head of managing board of Kish Air Ali-Reza Qaedian told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
“Kish Air will have round-trip flights to Muscat on Saturdays and Wednesdays,” he mentioned.
The choice is aimed at facilitating visits by vacationers and businessperson to Iran, the official mentioned. Noting that foreigners do not require visa for getting into Kish Island, he expressed hope that resuming flights to Muscat will offer great chance for expanding financial cooperation and lay a ground for escalating Omani vacationers to Iran.
