H E Mantheri participates in centennial celebrations of Azerbaijani parliament

Muscat – 

Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, received H E Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri, chairman of the State Council, in a meeting with a quantity of heads of parliaments participating in the centenary of the Azerbaijani parliament.

During the meeting, H E Dr Mantheri conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said to President Aliyev and wishes to the Azerbaijani folks for progress and prosperity, stated a press release.

On his component, President Aliyev conveyed greetings to His Majesty the Sultan, and the Omani folks continued progress. During the meeting with the heads of parliaments, the President of Azerbaijan highlighted the essential function of parliaments in advertising inter-state ties and strengthening communication in between folks.

He affirmed his country’s keenness to create relations with numerous nations of the globe. He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the heads of parliaments for participating in the centennial celebrations. State Council chairman and his delegation are participating in the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijani National Council.

The delegation accompanying H E Dr Mantheri consists of Hon Eng Rahma Hamed al Musharrafi, Hon Ahmed Yousuf Obaid al Harthi and Hon Sheikh Nasser bin Saeed al Haddabi.
