The programme is meant for Omani inventors seeking to turn their inventions into implementable organizations in renewable power and water management sectors. The programme is the initial corporate social duty initiative of GlassPoint Solar, a top supplier of solar power to the oil and gas market.
Held beneath the patronage of H E Eng Ahmed bin Hassan al Dheeb, Undersecretary in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the programme is now accepting applications on www.glasspointinnovationspur.com from innovators. Applications will be accepted till June 30.
With a trusted list of partners such as The Research Council (TRC), Innovation Park Muscat (IPM), Riyada and Sharakah, this initial-of-its-sort incubator is set to contribute and sustainably drive innovation inside Oman’s renewable power and water management sectors.
GlassPoint will be touring universities across the sultanate to share a lot more specifics on the programme more than the coming weeks.
