Duqm Refinery organises ICV possibilities expo in Muscat

The two-day exhibition showcases enterprise and coaching possibilities for SMEs and young Omanis. The exhibition in Muscat is a stick to-up to a equivalent forum that was organised in Duqm final week.

These possibilities are in line with national objectives of prioritising possibilities. The ICV programme will be devoted to expanding nearby organizations and upskill youth. The exhibition was inaugurated by H E Eng Salim bin Nasser al Aufi, Undersecretary, Ministry of Oil and Gas.

He commended the good function played by Duqm Refinery in the nearby neighborhood and the good feedback on the 3 day in-nation worth (ICV), forum held final week at Crowne Plaza Duqm.

H E Aufi mentioned, “Duqm Refinery ICV programme comes as element of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said’s focus to create nearby human capital and nearby SMEs as two of the primary pillars to develop a robust economy in the sultanate.

“Also, the programme aims at showcasing the opportunities for Omani youth so that they can compete on the ones that fit their specialisations and future aspirations.”

Commenting on the occasion, Nas-ha’ bint Mohammed al Falahia, common manger for Corporate Affairs in Duqm Refinery mentioned, “ICV programme is one of the main milestones in our project journey for its role in supporting development efforts in Oman. This support can be seen in the business and training opportunities for Omani youth to prove themselves and to benefit from those opportunities during construction phase and after the operational phases.”
