Chiefs of armed forces evaluation military workout units

Muscat – 

Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith al Nabhani, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (workout manager) visited the land troops and the hypothetical enemy troop units taking component in Al Shomoukh two and Al Saif Al Sarea (Swift Sword three) or SS three military workouts on Tuesday.

He was accompanied by Air Vice Marshall Matar bin Ali al Obaidani, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (workout chief manage) and Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Ra’eesi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (workout deputy manager).

The 3 heads reviewed the deployment mechanisms and the part they will play at the land operation theatre. Lt Gen Nabhani and other commanders had been briefed on the duties and tasks assigned to each commands throughout the workout and the proposed options in the field, as effectively as the military measures that will be taken according to the preset program for the workout.

Lt Gen Nabhani also hailed the efforts created by the officers in charge of the two forces and the activities that reflect their appropriate implementation of the previously ready plans that meet the proceedings.
