Bank Muscat, SAS recognised for Best Data Analytics initiative

Bank Muscat, the flagship monetary solutions provider in the sultanate, and SAS, leader in enterprise analytics software program and solutions, have been awarded for Best Data Analytics Initiative, Application or Programme in the Middle East for 2018 at the Asian Banker Middle East and Africa Awards programme. The awards ceremony was held in conjunction with the Future of Finance, Middle East and Africa, an annual gathering for selection makers in the monetary solutions business held in Dubai.

Bank Muscat engaged SAS to implement consumer partnership management (CRM) channel integration for its developing enterprise demands. The bank integrated several consumer information touch points with the SAS Marketing Automation analytics engine to analyse consumer behaviour in cross-sell gives, digital gives and promotions. This involved multichannel integration, which includes mobile banking, Internet banking, automated teller machine (ATM), money deposit machine, SMS and emails.

Bank Muscat’s implementation of the program has led to higher consumer scalability. The boost in consumer attain by means of scalable answer implementation is assisting the bank to boost the cross-sell income. In addition, the project has enhanced operational efficiencies, elevated lead conversion and enhanced actual time access to consumer information, enabling personalised item supplying for larger cross-sell.
