Al Khaleel Group has lately tied-up with the globe-renowned Wyndham Hotel Group to launch two new hotels in the sultanate beneath the globally recognised ‘Ramada’ brand name.
To additional this tie-up, an agreement signing was held lately in between Al Khaleel Group and Al Rawahi International for the building of Ramada Encore, a 3-star hotel as Phase 1 of this prestigious project. The building period is 16 months for the hotel that consists of 140 deluxe rooms and 24 suites. State-of-the-art enterprise facilities, leisure amenities, a rooftop café and pool as nicely as male and female fitness centres are other attractions in the home.
Ramada Encore will be strategically positioned along Sultan Qaboos principal road in Ghubra, a brief distance from Muscat International Airport, nearby buying centers and Oman’s renowned Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. With all-day dining restaurants and coffee lounge, the hotel will not only be the initial Ramada Encore to open in Oman but will also be the biggest of its type across the Middle East and Africa.

The collaboration with Al Rawahi International brings much value to this project due to their vast and long years of experience in the construction of similar projects in hospitality.” Al Rawahi International, a top contracting firm in the nation is the principal building companion for the project.

In Phase two of the project, a 4-star Ramada Hotel and Suites is envisaged. It will be positioned subsequent to the Ramada Encore and inter-connected by a footbridge. Ramada Hotel and Suites Muscat will provide modern accommodation across 90 higher-finish suites and share its leisure facilities with these at the Ramada Encore.
