Tasmim pre-launches high-end project Habitat

An iftar commemorating the occasion was held at the W Hotel, Muscat on Tuesday. Senior officials and a quantity of media personnel attended the iftar.

Habitat is a distinct mixed-use improvement from Tasmim, coming up in the heart of Muscat. Located in Al Khuwayr, close to Madinat as Sultan Qaboos location, it is a industrial vantage point and a premium location to reside, shop, train and merely hang-out in. The project is created in partnership with Omani conglomerate Shanfari Group of Companies and Austrian architecture business Mandressi GmbH.

“We are thrilled to officially pre-launch Habitat in Al Khuwayr,” mentioned Alessandro Daverio, CEO from Tasmim, at the occasion, adding, “It is the centre of our exclusive Habitat-community, and an extremely valuable Tasmim project. Being in close proximity to important landmarks in the city and barely 20 minutes from Muscat International Airport, it captures the spotlight with its stunning presence and efficient use of space, best-in-class materials, and natural light.”

A flagship project, surrounded by the sea on 1 side and a view of the Al Hajar Mountains on the other side, Habitat will reveal a sleek international style.

Designed by renowned European architectural firm Mandressi GmbH, Habitat upon its completion will contain 44 residential units, 44 retail units, 1 roof best restaurant and 118 workplace units. The project will provide elegantly developed apartments, a rooftop restaurant, and a luxurious buying centre for the residents in the heart of the city.

Daverio added, “While exclusive design and luxurious finishing are the highlights of this project, it is a non-free hold property, thus having special appeal for Omanis and GCC nationals.”
