The eight-week programme was particularly created for undergraduate students, and brought the students to function inside different departments at the business for a formal function encounter. The coaching programme has involved the student interns in different projects inside the company’s important departments, such as Operations, Subsurface, Drilling, IT, Facilities, Finance, HES, HR, and Compliance & Regulatory Affairs.
