The programme was aimed at creating trainees’ abilities in different fields which includes ICT, enterprise administration, accounting and finance, as effectively as creating the trainees’ interpersonal abilities such as advertising, presentation abilities and inventive pondering.
The Young Professional Programme is a totally free initiative delivered by the SAP Training and Development Institute. The programme, lasting for 3 months, was created to give current graduates the certifications and soft abilities necessary to start careers as an SAP associate consultants. After the effective completion of the programme, SAP operates extremely closely with the YPP graduates to introduce them to a host of possibilities with SAP clients and partners.
Since the launch of the programme, ITA and SAP have educated 125 jobseekers, 95 per cent of them obtaining employed in various government and private entities which includes Oman Aviation Group, German Embassy, Omantel, PDO and Awasr.
The coaching programme is element of the variety of coaching projects implemented by the Digital Society Development Division at ITA in cooperation with the major and pioneering ICT organizations such as SAP, Microsoft and Oracle. Through these coaching programmes, ITA aims at boosting individuals’ capabilities and unlocking youths’ possible in ICT as effectively as to contributing to develop a lot more and much better job possibilities for fresh graduates.
