The newly launched initiative ‘We Care’ commenced its very first activity on February 19 at Dar al Hanan Centre of the Oman Cancer Association.
The activity saw the TSC team donating toys to the kids, amid a entertaining-filled atmosphere with children’s songs and a particular Disney character segment, producing a buzz of excitement and happiness amongst them and their households housed at the facility.
Commenting on the occasion, Mahmoud al Sheikh, marketing and advertising manager, TSC, mentioned, “The Sultan Center is strongly committed to reaching out with support and aid to the impoverished sections of society. We always strive to give back to society and equip underserved segments with the tools to enhance quality of life. Our recent initiative, ‘We Care’ is a reiteration of this commitment; it is our hope that we will be able to reach out to as many people as possible through it.”
Thanking TSC for the heart warming gesture, Sabah al Izizat, head of Dar al Hanan mentioned, “We are immensely appreciative to The Sultan Center for reaching out to the children in such a caring and generous way. Their gesture has sparked so much happiness and joy among the children here. It gives them and their families renewed hope to focus on the future and on healing.”
Dar al Hanan is a facility that was set up by the Oman Cancer Association to host households of kids getting cancer remedies inside the city, who reside outdoors Muscat.
