Being committed to reaching closer to their customers and providing them with high quality products and services,TowellAuto Centre (TAC), the leading automobile distributor in Oman, recently inaugurated their new state-of-the-art Mazda showroom inAl Hail. This is their third showroom in Muscat governorate and the biggest in Oman. Present at the launch were the chairman and directors of WJ Towell, Riyadh Ali Sultan - general manager of TAC, S Kasthurirengan - CEO of TAC, business heads and a host of TAC officials.

TAC opens new Mazda showroom in Al Hail

The chief guest was Hiroshi Yoshida, common manager, Global Sales and Marketing Division (MOM two), Mazda Japan, and Takao Ishikawa, assistant manager. Both had specially flown in from Japan for the inauguration of the new Al Hail showroom. Zameer Hakim, client service common manager (Mazda – MOM), primarily based in Dubai, also graced the occasion. At a nicely-attended function, they presented a memento to the TAC management.

A bevy of the patented Soul Red Mazda automobile beauties, which includes the MX-five Roadster Coupe, added significance to the red carpet occasion at the brightly lit new designer showroom.

Conveniently positioned off the principal highway, the spacious new showroom at Al Hail has a particular 3S facility, for Sales, Service and Spare Parts, in specially designated locations, in the exact same premises. It would tremendously boost the comfort of consumers living in Muscat, beyond Seeb. Existing consumers with Mazda autos would also tremendously advantage from the newly set up spare components and service centre.

Sultan mentioned, “At TAC, our endeavour is to make the experience of our customers as unique as possible. To this end, we have invested in our largest showroom in Oman. Each of the Mazda cars in the showroom are showcased in the best possible way with a team of hands-on sales personnel in attendance to personally assist every customer. The showroom has a designated Mazda Luxury Series display area which allows customers special treatment and focused attention, similar to the service area. Test drives can also be arranged with prior appointment. The showroom will add some more ‘First time in Oman’ facilities in the near future to further enhance the customer experience.” He added, “The well-equipped service centre located behind the main showroom has an exclusive lounge area for priority customers of high-end Mazda vehicles, the Mazda Luxury Series, in addition to the regular lounge for customers who bring in their vehicles for service.”

Amongst the pioneers in the automobile enterprise in Oman given that 1972, TAC celebrates 45 years of getting recognised as a trusted name in client service.

According to a spokesperson of TAC, the sole distributor of Mazda autos in the sultanate of Oman, “Convenience of the client and personalised service are of paramount significance. Now, Mazda car owners can buy new autos, get their car serviced and even buy genuine spare components from the centre, all below 1 roof.

Customers are welcome to stroll in the new Al Hail showroom or any TAC showroom in Oman, anytime in between eight.30am to 1pm and three.30pm to 7.30pm, from Saturday to Thursday.
