Sri Lankan Parliament Speaker, delegation pay a visit to SAF Museum

Muscat –

Speaker of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, Karu Jayasuriya, and his accompanying delegation on Wednesday visited the SAF Museum at Bait al Falaj.

Brig Saleh bin Ahmed al Hinai, head of the SAF Military Protocols and Public Relations, received the guest and his accompanying delegation and escorted them throughout a tour of different sections of the museum.

The guest and his accompanying delegation viewed the historic manuscripts and models, as nicely as the Omani architecture.

They have been also briefed on the progress enjoyed by SAF throughout the prosperous reign of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

The Sri Lankan Speaker signed the visitors’ book, expressing his delight at going to the SAF Museum and viewing the beauty of the historic architecture, wealthy civilisational heritage in the sultanate and elements of progress and prosperity it enjoys right now.
