Spar Oman partners with Dar al Atta’a on ‘Food for All’ campaign to serve households across sultanate

The meals collection drive was lately performed and was productive at an in-retailer occasion at all Spar Oman’s outlets across the sultanate. The charity organisation has begun disseminating the goods to nearby communities in preparation for Eid celebration.

Sridhar Moosapeta, CEO of Spar Oman, stated, “For a third consecutive year, Spar Oman has the privilege of serving people through the ‘Food For All’ collection, aiding those who need it most during Ramadan. We are immensely pleased with this noble cause and partner with Dar al Atta’a in a mutual demonstration of social responsibility. We are proud of the success we have built upon the years; in addition, this drive further gave us an opportunity to connect with the consumer market through shared values and society’s overall commitment to support local communities.”

Reputed as Oman’s most trusted supermarket brand, Spar Oman has set up collection boxes inside all 26 of its retailers. To improve the comfort of the shoppers sympathetic to the result in, Spar Oman has additional arranged charity packs with preferred meals products for these accustomed to contributing meals to charity.

Dr Shamsa al Harthy, common director of Dar al Atta’a, extended thanks to Spar Oman for their efforts and stated, “Spar Oman’s commitment to this initiative is admirable and of sincere value to local communities. We thank the team for renewing our partnership on this campaign and hope that it continues for many years to come.”

Devendra Kumar, common manager of Spar Oman, stated, “We thank our shoppers for the generous support and cooperation. It’s an important time of year when we help each other and reach out to support the society. We hope that we will we reached out to many people as possible through this campaign.”

The campaign requested shoppers to donate lengthy-life meals goods such as rice, flour, UHT milk, coffee, tea, wheat, cornflakes, cooking oil, dates, legumes and other equivalent goods utilized in everyday cooking.
