Seventeen artists show their functions at Crowne Plaza Muscat

Muscat – 

Seventeen artists from numerous components of the sultanate are taking component in an art exhibition at Crowne Plaza Muscat. The month-lengthy occasion, named ‘Art Exhibition: Inspired by Oman’, started on Tuesday and it will supply art lovers, vacationers and hotel guests a glimpse of the beauty of the sultanate.

The exhibition has paintings in numerous medium and sizes, and some are for sale. This is the seventh edition of the exhibition. Herve Corvest, region common manager, IHG Oman, the organiser stated, “This is the seventh time we are holding the event at the hotel. We are happy to witness so many lovers of art.”

He added that the exhibition will continue till March 15. Abdullah Shaban al Farsi, head of administrative and monetary affairs, Diwan of Royal Court, and Maryam Mohammed al Zadjali, director, Omani Society for Fine Arts, have been the guests of honour at the opening ceremony.
