Ooredoo launches new leadership ‘Spring Forward’ programme

The programme was launched beneath the patronage of H E Sayyid Salim Mussalam al Busaidi, Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs and Development in the Ministry of Civil Service.

Following the good results of Springboard, which was especially for females, Spring Forward is open to each guys and females who aspire to lead.

Our commitment is to contribute to the growth and development of Oman’s economy by nurturing the country’s talent and supporting digital business. Spring Forward focuses on expanding and additional building the strengths of its participants by teaching them how to be a lot more conscious, develop team operating expertise, and demonstrate the needed leadership expertise to rise to the leading.

Highly motivated candidates searching to drive alter will perform closely with business leaders and licensed trainers to create their personal leadership style and develop on their strengths. Currently, 80 participants from distinct sectors and ministries have registered and began their very first session.
