Oman, UK defence ministers hold talks to increase relations

H E Sayyid Badr bin Saud al Busaidi, Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs, held an official talks session at the UK Parliament premises with Gavin Alexander Williamson, British Secretary of State for Defence.

The talks session came inside the framework of H E Sayyid Badr’s go to to the UK to attend the Farnborough Airshow, becoming held from July 16-20.

During the session, they discussed the current military cooperation in between the two nations and implies of creating them to serve the interests of each the nations.

They also discussed the most recent preparations for the Omani UK joint military physical exercise (Swift Sword III) scheduled to take spot in the sultanate in the course of the final quarter of 2018.
