OAMC’s Training and Development Centre gets international accreditation

Muscat – 

The Training and Development Centre of Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC) has obtained the International Accreditation Certificate of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to grow to be an accredited international centre that gives specialised programmes and courses in the field of aviation and airports.

Sheikh Aiman bin Ahmed al Hosani, chief executive officer of OAMC and Member of the Board of Directors of the Airports Council International (ACI) handed more than the International Accreditation Certificate to the Director General of Human Resources and Management and Director of the Company’s Training and Development Centre.

Abdullah bin Saleh al Yafei, director basic of human sources and management, mentioned the ICAO has adopted a coaching centre in the organization to offer solutions with impact from January 1. He added that the centre promotes and addresses businesses operating in the field of aviation and wishes to train, qualify and raise the efficiency of its human sources.

Ali bin Abdullah al Aysari, director of the Company’s Training and Development Centre, mentioned that more than the previous 3 years, the centre has implemented a lot more than 250 coaching programmes.
