Led by NHI’s Food Safety consultant William Wood, the Takara team has undergone an initial meals security appraisal across its kitchen operations and completed a 3-day coaching programme to create and implement the CIEH Food Safety System for meals organizations in Oman.
The restaurant has effectively completed this initial activity and now has in spot a HACCP primarily based Food Safety Management System which will allow them to comply with mandatory meals security legislation and operate inside recognised regional and international meals security/HACCP requirements.
The restaurant will also undergo typical meals security audits from NHI to make certain constant compliance against operational and regulatory needs.
On completion of the Food Safety Management System improvement, the Takara team had been presented with coaching certificates by William Wood of NHI to the common manager, Lucio Artico and the head chef, Teppanyaki chef and restaurant manager.
Lucio Artico, common manager, Nafal Business Services, mentioned, “We have just completed the improvement of the CIEH Food Safety System in Takara and it was incredibly beneficial and enjoyable at the exact same time. This has occurred only with the excellent skilled and human expertise of your consultant, Wood, who produced the coaching session extremely fascinating and simple to realize particularly with our employees who have some language barriers.
“I can see the passion of Wood on what he does each and every day and certainly the service he supplied went beyond expectations. We are searching forward to carrying on this ‘journey’ with NHI.
“Once again, thank you for your support and help.”
