NBC, partners launch OM.HUB entrepreneurial platform

The platform was launched at NBC in Knowledge Oasis Muscat below the patronage of H E Dr Ali bin Masoud bin Ali al Sunaidy, Minister of Commerce and Industry.

The inauguration ceremony also witnessed the signing agreement of a cooperation programme among the 4 partners to handle and operate the entrepreneurship platform – OM.HUB.

The platform aims to help little and medium-sized enterprises by producing a completely equipped centre that aids in the creation and flourishing of entrepreneurs, from the begin of an concept, to a completely established business. In addition to that, the centre also hosts organizations that are currently established acting as a hub of help and development.

Hilal bin Hamad al Hasani, CEO of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates, mentioned that the OM.HUB is spread more than 456 sq m and is divided into a joint perform region that can host 28 candidates and an open gathering region.

“OM.HUB is designed to provide entrepreneurs with an apt environment that can merge lively and inspiring atmosphere in one of the most motivating spaces for the thriving of entrepreneurship and businesses in the sultanate,” Hasani mentioned.

Eng Isam bin Saud al Zadjali, CEO of Oman Oil, mentioned that the business often strives to accomplish the principle of partnership among the public and private sectors in its different operations and activities.
