Lulu Hypermarket introduces Italian Taste Festival

The campaign is organised in partnership with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) to celebrate the cultural ties with Italy and market the genuine culinary and meals traditions of Italy in Oman by advertising meals brands that are uniquely Italian. The occasion was inaugurated by Alessandro Garbellini, deputy head of mission at the Italian Embassy in Muscat ,in the presence of senior management and employees of Lulu.

The campaign is aimed at enhancing the richness and selection of Italian meals as effectively as raising awareness of the items created in Italy. A wide array of Italian items will be showcased at really appealing costs in the course of the festival. Garbellini stated, “Having an Italian items week at Lulu Hypermarkets across Muscat is a excellent chance to not only market the Italian cuisine and high quality items accessible in the industry but also raise awareness on the Italian meals culture.

Shabeer K A, regional director of Lulu Oman, stated, “Lulu is delighted to join hands with ITA to organise this crucial promotion. “We are hosting the Italian Taste Festival for the third time in Oman. Italy is renowned for its meals heritage, which is special in terms of selection and excellence in high quality.

“Italian goods are definitely gaining popularity in Oman. We strongly believe Oman is a very important market for Italian food products as people here do not wish to compromise on quality. We hope to use this event to further boost the economic cooperation between Italian and Omani companies.”

The campaign will also contain numerous in-shop promotions, reside cooking demonstration by Italian chefs and a variety of promotional activities to improve the variety of Italian items supplied in Lulu hypermarkets.

The campaign not only serves as a platform to familiarise Lulu consumers with the very best Italian meals brands but also showcases a wide variety of items straight sourced from numerous organizations in Italy.
