Indian School Seeb holds investiture ceremony for student council

Moidu A K, president, School Management Committee, esteemed members of the SMC, graced the momentous occasion along with other dignitaries and particular invitees.

The ceremony was marked by the marching in of the members of the Student Council, residence captains and vice captains. The Prefectorial Council was provided the oath of workplace to serve the institution loyally by Leena Francis, principal. Vinoba honoured the head boy Rixith Praveen, head girl Janvi Ann Johnson, asst head boy Alan Saji Koshy, asst head girl Irene Ann Tomi, sports captain Suhail Das, cultural coordinators Daison Christy and Neha Anilkumar, public relation coordinators, Abdullah, Riya Reji and social service coordinators, Joel Manoj and Nibi Ann Chako with their badges of workplace and by handing more than the Scroll of Honour to them.

He also conferred badges on the 4 residence captains and the principal handed more than their respective residence flags to them. Moidu and other esteemed members of SMC conferred badges and handed more than the Scroll of Honour to the Junior Council members, asst sports captains Kais Musaddique, Parvathi P, asst Cultural Coordinators, Sanjay P K, Bhairavi Shaji, asst public relation coordinator, Haifa Abdul Sathar and asst social service coordinator, Sana Hussain and all the residence vice captains. House masters and residence mistresses of the 4 homes pinned the badges to the prefects of their respective homes which was followed by the pinning of the badges for the newly elected prefects from class three to 12.

Vinoba encouraged the newly sworn-in student council to hone their leadership expertise and to meet the challenges ahead.
