Eshraqa, Khimji Ramdas’ social development arm, recently concluded its fifth batch of Train The Trainer Programme from ILM UK for Omani lecturers working at various universities and colleges across Oman.

Eshraqa delivers Train the Trainer programme to Omani lecturers

This initiative was began final year below the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education. Conducted below Eshraqa’s ‘Training Initiative for Nationals’ (TIN), the ‘Train the Trainer’ initiative aims to improve the expertise of Omani lecturers via a structured programme developed for specialists functioning as information facilitators.
