The agreement was signed by Tariq bin Sulaiman al Farsi, chief executive officer of the Al Raffd Fund, and Ali bin Saif al Ma’amari, assistant lawyer common.
It aims to boost cooperation among Al Raffd Fund and the Public Prosecution by supplying solutions by means of Sanad Service centres.
The agreement facilitates the provision of 14 Public Prosecution solutions by means of the Sanad Service centres.
They contain investigation of the status of instances, issuance of judgement certificates, filing of legal complaints, payment of fines, requesting the recovery of individual and monetary guarantees, solutions of the auditors, payment of monetary guarantees, attractive against choices, searching for enforcement, replacing physical coercion with perform, and searching for rehabilitation and reconsideration.
